How It Came About
So, 20 or so years ago, I was assembling a booklet for friends and family. It was a collection of images and some information about each. The idea was to help them understand what was driving my work. More specifically, why I always had a camera with me. When it came to titling the book, I chose Ground Glass Adventures because each image, to me, was an adventure that I saw play on on the ground glass in the view finder through the lenses that, themselves, were formed in a lens grinding machine. When it came forming a pseudo company name, Ground Glass Productions seemed like a fit. Unfortunately, most people associate this with other kinds of glass production. One friend even refered to this as "that crushed glass thing". -- Casey Danek
When we got involved with Spencer Cable Access (A PEG station in Spencer, MA), we started producing shows and it was fun and that's been my focus for the intervening years. Lee and I have produced shows about gardening, cooking, baking, and local business profiles. Independent of the PEG work, we got involved in the making of a movie short, We Three Kings by Paul C. McKinney. This was so much fun that movie shorts are a soon-to-be avocation as well.
I/We Like Feedback

I'll bet most indies will tell you they want and need feedback...you know, so that they can get better.
So, how are we doing?
Youtube is great at providing this kind of information but we usually get little from the access centers. So, drop us a line and let us know. Thanks!
